It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel E. Stich of Oconto, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Ethel may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ethel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ritchey and Gladys Ritchey (Lawson); her husband Harry J. Stich Sr.; and her great grandchild Sarah Yedynak. She is survived by: her children, Ronda Montgomery (John), Harry Stich Jr. (Julie), Ritchey Stich (Sheila) and Karrie Dehut; and her sister-in-law Chris Stich. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home (121 Chicago St, Oconto, WI 54153). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
