He was predeceased by: his father Edward A. Kottke; his brother Gary Kottke; and his granddaughter Isabella Leurquin. He is survived by: his significant other Debra Kobs; his daughter Jennifer Baker (Brian); his stepdaughter Carrie Mier; and his sister Sue Johnson (Glen). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
