He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Adeline Rank (Jurgens); and his sister Donna Bright. He is survived by: his brother Dave; his cousin Keith; his pets, Tara, Dutchy and Jester; his fiancée Linda Sinclair; his siblings, Gary (Cathi), David Rank (Brynne), Mary Bohm (Bruce) and Ann Henrichs (Dave); and his brother-in-law Bill Bright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established at a later date.
