He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Barb Hermsen (Chuck) of Appleton, WI and Dave Kaminski (Sherry) of Angola, IN; and his grandchildren, Kelly Gust (Jeff) of Petersburg, IL, Katie VerVoort (Mark) of Greenville, WI, Lori Brown (Michael) of Brooksville, FL and Cindy Murphy (Jason) of La Crosse, WI. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
