He was predeceased by: his wife Barb; his daughter Eleanore; and his siblings, Doug, William Elliott and Ida Schroeder.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Elliott of Oconto Falls, Green Bay of Oconto Falls, Susan Winter (Jerry) of Oconto Falls, Joanne Winnega (Dennis) of Oconto Falls, Patricia Elliott (Jim Christensen) of Oconto Falls, Little Suamico of Oconto Falls, Howard Elliott III (Linda) of Oconto Falls, Douglas Elliott (Leia) of Oconto Falls, William Elliott (Sue) of Saunemin, IL, Richard Elliott (Barb Mand) and David Elliott (Randal Herrin). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to Oconto Falls United Methodist Church.
