With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale D. Ackley of Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, born in Manistique, Michigan, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Ackley and Nettie Ackley (Burns); his son Cory Ackley; his mother-in-law Clara Reno; and his siblings, Robert, James and Sharon Erickson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughters, Tracy Ackley of Wausau, Danielle Sass (Jeff) of Green Bay, Sarah Ackley of Oconto Falls, Jessica Mathson (Bryce) of Green Bay, Stacy Buettner (Jon) of Racine and Sophie Hopper (Jordan) of Oconto Falls; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Braxton, Keagan, Damien, Mason, Gunnar, Hadley, Sylvi, Kora, Zayden and Henrietta; his siblings, Annamaye Litterman of Springfield, MO, Adeline Holingshead (Brad) of McMillan, MI, Norma Smith (Bruce) of Oconto Falls and Paul Ackley (Karen) of Manistique, MI; and his sister-in-law Marianne Ackley of Manistique, MI..
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (501 S Main St, Oconto Falls, WI 54154).
