It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Craig James Garfield (Oconto Falls, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Hessil; his mother Marilyn; his uncle Lee Nelson; and his parents-in-law, Fay "Kernel" and Joyce Hessil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Thompson (Matt Cole), Kathryn Fleener (Curt) and Michelle Garfield (James VanRixel); his grandchildren, Nathan (Crystal), Justin (Madison), Julia, Gunder, Brady, Trinady, Kody and Daniella; his great grandchild Hudson; his siblings, Chris Garfield and Faith Honkamp (Fred); and his nephews, Frank (Saffron), John and Dustin (Amy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (501 S Main St, Oconto Falls, WI 54154). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
