He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Andrew Mayer (Maggie), Jason Sicchio (Bridget) and Chad Erspamer; his grandchildren, Myles Mayer, Reid Mayer, Mackenzie Mayer, Jacob Mayer, Raylee Mayer, Sophie Sicchio and Leo Sicchio; his siblings, William Mayer (Sue), Robert Mayer (Carol), Brian Mayer (Karen), Patricia Aulenbacher (Dave), Mark Mayer (Jackie), Eric Mayer (Lisa) and Rosemary Mayer; the mother of his children Cheryl Hansen (Dave); and his former wife Pamela Fafford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
