He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn; his son John; his parents, Andrew Schroeder and Modwena Schroeder; and his siblings, Jim Schroeder (Peggy) and Virginia Collins (William).
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Ross (Peter), Joseph Schroeder (Karen), Ruth O'Donnell (Patrick) and Peter Schroeder (Colleen); his daughter-in-law Jean McClure (late John Schroeder); his grandchildren, Jacob Schroeder (Anna), Matthew Ross (Meghan), Mark Ross (Paulina), Mitchell Schroeder, Helene Schroeder, Olive Schroeder and Cleo Schroeder; his great grandchildren, Annalise, Isabel Ross, Jack and Sam Schroeder; and his sister-in-law Arlene Herrig. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials to the Lake Area Free Clinic, Habitat for Humanity of Waukesha County and AngelsGrace Hospice are welcomed.
