Theodore C. Pulkownik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2019, at the age of 61, Theodore C. Pulkownik (Oconomowoc, Wisconsin), born in Champaign, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Chester Pulkownik and Margaret Ann Oberzan Pulkownik. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Sean, Alec, Kelsey and Kylie Richards; and his sister Ann Eckert. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ted's memory can be made to the Wildlife Conservation Society.
