She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Switalski and Katherine Switalski; her husband Daniel; her children-in-law, Richard Dvorak and Catherine Switalski; and her granddaughter Molly Switalski (Mel Schoenborn).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Dvorak, Daniel and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Sally Warzinski (Brian), Mary Beth Holly, Jason Dvorak (Peggy), Lindsey Luciani (Mike), Lauren Nowak (Jon), Cassandra Wolf (Edwin) and Thomas Switalski (Tori); her great grandchildren, Derek (Danielle), Kendra (Tim), Nick, Johnny, Alana, Olive, Hudson, Maeve, Wren, Landon and Lexi; and her great great grandchildren, Stella, Charlie and Leo.
In lieu of flowers: memorials to St. Jerome Catholic Church and Three Pillars in Sophie's name are welcome.
