She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

“It was by divine intervention, that I reconnected with your mom at View at the Pines in 2017. I was there singing with the Christian trio and I heard her voice teasing with some residents. I knew 'that' voice, though so long ago I heard her speak. I asked if her name was Shirley and her eyes lit up when I explained who I was. She was SO excited telling everyone we were family. So sorry for your loss. I will really try to make it, though I am singing at 2 locations on Saturday. Take care.”
