Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Kuiper (Oconomowoc, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 77, on January 12, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Kuiper and Helen Kuiper (Hughes); his sister Sandra Kuiper; his grandson Matthew Hoeft; and his son-in-law Timothy Helwig.
He is survived by: his significant other Karen Kuiper (Posthuma); his daughters, Debra Hoeft (Scott) of Oconomowoc and Tammy Helwig of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Timothy Hoeft (Santasha), Daniel Hoeft and Brittany Ziolkowski (Randy); his great grandchild Phoenix Ziolkowski; his sister Carol Blanchard; and his sister-in-law Joyce Barnich (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
