He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Marcella; and his daughter Debrah. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Cindy Anderson, Cheryl Gillard (Kirk) and William Zettelmeier (Anna); and his grandchildren, Michael Hayes, Nicole Gillard and Ryan Gillard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association are appreciated.
