She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Riemer (Breen) and Robert Riemer; her husband Melvon "Chub" Ellsworth; her brothers, Kenneth Riemer and Robert Riemer Jr.; and her grandson Adam Ellsworth.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Ellsworth (Corinne), Gregg Ellsworth (Sherrie), Tim Ellsworth (Janine) and Terry Ellsworth (Joanne); her sister-in-law Betty Duffy; her grandchildren, Chad Ellsworth (Alyssa), Tiffany Biesboer (Kevin), Samantha Haakenson (James), Justin Ellsworth (Kristin), Mathew Ellsworth, Allison Musmanno (Tim) and Sarah LaDell; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Biesboer, Harrison Biesboer, Alexandra Biesboer, Hudson Ellsworth of Madison Ellsworth, J. J, Braydon Haakenson and Levi Ellsworth.
