He was predeceased by: his mother Joan. He is survived by: his father Dan Kasten; his brother Steven; his grandparents, Don, Joanne Kasten, John and Patricia Rauch; and his aunts and uncles, Michael Kasten (Paula), Kathy Strey (Tom "Tomar"), Patrick Kasten (Amy), Timothy Kasten, Kevin Kasten (Kim), Terrance Kasten (Lisa), Erin Hooge (Donald), Rachel Lortscher (Gary), David Rauch (Vicki), Katrina Hallinan (Patrick) and Rebecca Rauch. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
