With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Chuck (Oconomowoc, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth; her parents, John Susan and Mary Susan; and her sister Dorothy Mueller. She is survived by: her children, Karen, Nancy and Kenneth (Karen); her grandchildren, Kyle (Teresa) and Kevin; her sister Betty Polansky; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Mueller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
