Mark F. Schroeder Obituary
Mark Frederick Schroeder of Oconomowoc, passed away on November 25, 2023, peacefully in his sleep.
Mark was born in Milwaukee, WI to Fred and Barbara (Guy) Schroeder. After graduating from Oconomowoc High School in 1974, he worked in construction for his entire career. He married Kimberly (Hoffmann) Schroeder in 2000 and they enjoyed 17 years of marriage before her sudden passing. He is also preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother, Hans.
Mark enjoyed spending time with family and friends; supporting his grandchildren and was a fan of all WI sports. He loved relaxing on his porch and enjoying happy hour with Kim & their neighbor Pat.
He is survived by his children Erin (Nick) Nixon, Andy (Nikki), Ashley Wisneski, Joey Wisneski and Alison Wisneski (Betsy Lay); step mother June, siblings Gary (Beth), Deb (Jeff) Bruss, Greg (Amy) and Eric (Christine); grandchildren Eleanor Olson, Seth & Miles Nixon and Henry, Sutton & Finnegan Schroeder, and many other family members and dear friends.
A Celebration of Mark's Life will be held Sunday December 3, 2023 at Cornerstone Sports Pub and Eatery 24 S. Main St. Oconomowoc from 2pm until 5pm. We will share words of remembrance at 3pm.
