She was also cherished by 16 great nieces and nephews, and 6 great great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, suggested memorials include the Oconomowoc Historical Society and Zion Episcopal Church.

“God must have needed someone to shape up heaven, and who better than Marge Day! It was a real honor to know Marge when she was a true "anchor" at Channel 6. And in those early days when women were rare in the management ranks, she was a true friend and confidant. Will remember with fondness those visits with Marge and Sally at their Whitefish Bay and the lake homes. May she rest in peace. Sue Riordan.”
