She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Vollmer and Katherine Vollmer; and her husband Edward William Peterson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christian Peterson, Michelle Gates (Chris), Nadalyn McNichols, Tommy McNichols, Eddie McNichols, Maria Beery (Neal), Erik Peterson (Marie), Greg Peterson (Tara), Andrew Meeusen, Jonathan Meeusen, Matthew Habeck (Deanna), Katelyn Elmer (Brian) and Michael Habeck (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Graham Beery, Theo Beery, Ingrid Peterson and Baby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in memory of Marilyn.
