She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Mayer; her parents, John Condella and Evelyn Condella; her siblings, Elaine Hofstetter and Jack Condella; and her husband Joe.

She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce, Patti (Mike Tank) and Paul; her great-nephew Rocky Hofstetter Jr. (Kaitlyn); and her friend Mary Sue Treado.
