She is survived by: her husband Peter Chrzanowski; her sons, James Lesko, Jr. (June) of Somonauk, IL, William Lesko (Judy) of Newport Beach, CA and Joseph Lesko; her grandchildren, James Lesko III (Neikeia), Anthony Lesko (Olivia), Joshua Lesko (Cassie), Lauren Zane (Robert) and Nicholas Lesko; and her great grandchildren, Cerelia, Zamélie, Arlenn, Evia, Rafferty, Courtney, Henry and Jasmine.
