He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hicks and Helen Hicks; and his siblings, Helen Mullin (Ray) and Don Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Anna Hicks; his brother Tom Hicks (Mary); and his children, Kitty Olson (Jeff), Jim Hicks (Lynn), John Hicks, Beth Cobus and Laura Janis (Mark). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
