He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Bartsch and Martha Eleanor; and his brother Jerome Bartsch. He is survived by: his wife Ann Shirley Bartsch; his children, Timothy James Bartsch (Sheila), Mary Ann Mikolich (Gregory) and Lisa Jean Simon (Jay); his grandchildren, Beth, Joshua, Brittney, Katrina, Haley, Savannah and Rachel; his brother Jeffrey Bartsch; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane and Joseph Walberts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
