He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Swartz and Julia Swartz. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Frank III, Ann Swartz (Scott Strath) and Carey Bartlett (David); his grandchildren, Aiden Strath, Olivia Strath, Kassen Bartlett and Jacob Bartlett; and his siblings, William Swartz (Kathleen) and Katherine Knurr (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
