Though Frances Eleanor may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frances Eleanor touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford White and Irene White; her husband Jay W. Jarrett; and her brother Bruce White. She is survived by: her sons, Fred (Carol), Thomas and Craig; and her brother Frank White. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home (2228 Silver Maple Ln, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
