She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Sievers and Elfrieda Sievers (Schanglies); her husband Dr. Richard Taugher; her children, Stacey Gehred, Bridget Seegers (Pat), Tom Taugher (Pam), Kelly Schleusner (Greg), Jim Taugher (Andrea) and Jack Taugher (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Callie Gehred (Nathaniel Causey), Teryn Gehred (Graeme Roberts), Kerstin Gehred (Connor Dwyer), Britney Seegers (Mitch Fowler), Shannon Seegers, Colleen Seegers, Joseph Seegers, Mary Margaret Seegers, Michael Seegers, Lauren Taugher (Tom McInerny), Leah Taugher, Ryan Taugher, Marissa Taugher, Kelsey Taugher, Taylor Schleusner, Alyssa Schleusner (Jack Printz), Dylan Taugher, Morgan Taugher, Layla Taugher and Miles Taugher; her great grandchildren, Leiahna Fowler, Natalie Fowler, Claire Fowler, Audrey Taugher and Emma McInerny; her sister Faye Wichtel; and her son-in-law Mike Gehred.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donation be made to the Waukesha Food Pantry where Donna spent her time volunteering.
