He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Anderson and Mabel Anderson; and his siblings, Dorothy Prudlow (Ron), Donald Laitinen, Bob Laitinen and Gary Anderson.

He is survived by: his close friend Christine Anderson; his children, Shelly Anderson (Paul), Traci Lukert (Jason) and Jamie Taerud (Eric); his grandchildren, Maddie, Morgan, Grace, Wesley, Ian and Aubrie; and his brothers, Fred Laitinen (Rose) and Ken Anderson (Joanne). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
