He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhard Otto and Evelyn Otto; his parents-in-law, Robert and Alma Sterr; and his brother-in-law David Sterr.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Arnold, Gloria Geniesse, Diane Cull, Dennis Geniesse and Tim Cull. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; along with other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. John's Lutheran Church are appreciated.
