He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Multhauf and Carol Multhauf; his son Josh; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Samantha Diderrich (Justin), Shannon and Adam; his grandchildren, Caleb, Theo Diderrich, Hunter and Easton Multhauf; and his sister Kathy Potenberg (Greg).
