He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine; and his uncle Bill Porter. He is survived by: his father David; his children, Breanna, Soleil, Laythan and Asher; his brother Bryce (Liz Hoffman); and his aunts and uncles, Deborah Jobst, Jennifer Lindberg (Mark), Mary Sue Jobst, Joe Jobst (Delia), John Jobst (Amy) and John Porter (Cherri).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America or the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Casey's name are appreciated.
