She is survived by: her children, Jerry Gurka (Audrey), David Gurka (Allyson), Jim Gurka (DeNise), Rick Gurka (Susan Farrell) and Ann Gurka. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
