He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley H. and Ophelia; and his brothers, Stanley, Tim and Ralph.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob Mindiola and Leah Mindiola; the mother of his children Selina Mindiola; his siblings, Celia Reinke (David), Lupe Mindiola (Armida Steel) and Daniel Mindiola (Susan Coogan); and his sisters-in-law, Kelly, Wendy and Kimberle Mindiola. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and many friends.
