She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Bernice Tank (Hanna) and Rufus Herbert Tank; her in-laws, Albert and Elsie Philipsky; her brothers-in-law, David Bargenquast and Gerald Martens; her nephews, Chris Tank and Matt Martens; and her sister Sandra Martens.
She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Philipsky; her sons, Michael Philipsky and Paul Philipsky; and her siblings, Arthur Tank (Jeanne) and Debra Schneider (Joe) of Fond du Lac, WI. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to St. Luke's Lutheran School Fund.
