He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald D. Anderson and Lois B. Anderson (Salisbury); his sisters, Cindy Fish (David) and Audrey Anderson; his nephews, Heath Fish and Alan Wallace; and his grandson Bentley Anderson.
He is survived by: his fiancée Tanya Sandvick of Oakdale; his children, Chasity Anderson and Michael Anderson; the mother of his children Alicia Anderson of Prairie; and his siblings, Lori Wallace (David) of Viroqua, WI, Penny Gilman (Tom) of Soldier's Grove, Andy Anderson (Deanna) of Sparta, WI and Gerald Anderson II of Oshkosh, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
