She is survived by: her mother Karen Marie Jason; her children, Carson and Everly; her husband Toby Chapek; her parents-in-law, Robert and Darlys Chapek; her siblings, Angela Clabaugh (Brad), Joshua, Brandon and Tyler; her siblings-in-law, Ronald Chapek, Jennifer Chapek and Jodi Chapek; her pet Diablo; her nephew Carter; and her niece Chloe. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and the endless supply of best friends.
