Habanek; her children, Carin Smith, Jim Habanek and Jerry Habanek; her daughters-in-law, Sally Habanek and Darlene Habanek; her grandchildren, Rachel Stevener (Tim), Chris Smith (Christy), Tony Smith (Kate Parisi), Ben Habanek, Emily Aleksy (James) and Kate Habanek; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Abigail Stevener, Mason, Lincoln Smith, Dominic, Amalia and Madeline Aleksy.
