He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Praise; his close friends, David Blachly and Joan Meyers; his sister Elinor Fitzgerald (Jerry); his nephew Greg Fitzgerald (Elizabeth Jackson); and his nieces, Tamra Joslyn (Jim) and Kelly Vanasse (Guy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
