He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jennifer, Matthew, Laurie, Amee, Amanda, Emily and Taylor; his former wife Patti; his uncle Ed Glubka of Fayetteville, Georgia; his siblings, Kathryn Shilling (James) of Onalaska, Marybeth Jordan (Rod) of Toronto, Ontario, Allen Glubka (Claudette) of Seattle and Robert Glubka (Donna) of Stuart, Florida.; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Ellen Mikolajczak of Franklin; his siblings-in-law, Ann Oberdorf (Ken) of Glendale, Arizona, Steve Mikolajczak (Kerrie Skrzypczak) of South Milwaukee, Dan Mikolajczak of South Milwaukee, Mary Stallman (Brett) of Sussex and Jennifer Mikolajczak of Cudahy; and also, Nicole, Kylie, Mike, Mitch, Joe, Jessie, Alexandria, Lily and Ivy. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, their spouses, great-nieces & nephews, cousins, many friends, neighbors and coworkers.
