He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Arthur and Elaine Arthur; and his siblings-in-law, MaryJane Gilman and William Gilman Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Arthur; his children, Julie Nirschl (Chris) and Bill Arthur; his grandchildren, Jaycee Nirschl and Aiden Arthur; and his sisters, Sharon Arthur and Sue Zinkiewicz (Dave). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many close friends and neighbors.
