She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her child Chris Addis (late Douglas). She is survived by: her children, Linda Jaskulski (Ronald), Roberta Michalski (Robert), Mark Delbovo (Teri), Jean Peppey Jr. (James) and Thomas Delbovo (Linda). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
