He is survived by: his children, Jeff Richards (Joanne) of Las Vegas, NV, Ken Richards of Port Washington, Phillip Richards (Jan) of Austin, TX, Rob Richards (Linda) of Wauwatosa and Julie Richards of Port Washington; and his sister Marie Timmerman of Watertown. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
