She is survived by: her husband Robert Edward Jacob; her daughters, Christine Muenzenberger (Les), Suzanne Swosinski (Curt) and Cheryl Jacob; her grandchildren, Lisa Wagner (Mike), Johnny Landry (Angela), Danelle Wudtke (Ryan), Kaelyn Swosinski and Collin Swosinski; her great grandchildren, Damien Wudtke, Devin Wudtke, Parker Davis, Benji Davis and Johnny Landry; her nieces, Joann (Terry Donovan), Sandy Bundalo (Brian) and Jackie Baldewicz (Scott); and her nephew Danny Ratajski (Kelly). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
