He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Stoikes and Violet Stoikes (Green); his daughter Jackie; his parents-in-law, Henry and Mary Kotten; his sisters, Rosie Clark, Margaret Clark and Marilyn Benish (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Cletus, Bernard Kotten, Pat Kowitz, Bill Van Slyke (Marlyne) and Lawrence Laufenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Ron (Janelle), Mike (Eileen) and Jim (Lisa); his grandchildren, Naomi, Sonya, Jesse, Whitney, Natalie, Sam, Eric, Alexander and Austin; his sisters, Clara Laufenberg and Carol Jean Hatfield (Carson); and his in-laws, Pat Kotten, Joyce Kotten, Jim Kowitz, Bonnie Kotten, Mahlen Clark and Bob Clark. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sparta - Torkelson Page-Smith Funeral Home (1132 Angelo Rd, Sparta, WI 54656). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Torkelson Funeral Home (1132 Angelo Rd, Sparta, WI 54656).
