With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine A. Winchel of Norwalk, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her mothers, Louise Eckmayr and Anna Eckmayr (Riegler); her husband Jerry; her daughter Eileen; her brother Roland Eckmayr; her stepfather Michael Vagle; and her son-in-law Ronald Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Miller of Sparta, Marie, Norman Hemmersbach of Cashton, WI, Madonna and Butch Johnson of Norwalk, WI. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Torkelson Funeral Home (1132 Angelo Rd, Sparta, WI 54656). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery (23111 County Road T Norwalk, WI 54648).
