He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Gerke and Loretta Gerke (Sorensen). He is survived by: his children, Amber Trujillo (Michael), Andrew Gerke (Krissy) and Jessie Thomson (Gary); his grandchildren, Malia, Montana, Jase, Jacob, Adeline, Bryce, Rhett, Cadence, Colten and Tyler; his siblings, Shirley Nauman, Sharleen Ott (Bill), Fern Gerke, Darlene Arttus (Richard "Dick"), Jane Kapinus, Nancy Heleniak, Debra Gerke, Rick Gerke and Diane Gerke; his aunt Marion Kersting of Janesville; and his nephew Derrin Squires. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
