It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shannon Kay Follett (North Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Brandon Kovacs. She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Follett and Mary Follett (Herbst); her children, Mariah, Caleb and Audrianna Kovacs; her sisters, Tina Gudwer (Jason) and Leah Bell (Tyler); her nieces, Aliyah, Eliana and Vada; and her close friend Lauren Rozinski. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions are asked to be directed to the family to create a memorial fund for her children.
