It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eckstein (North Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Eckstein and Grace Eckstein (Batten); his son Bo Eckstein (The Cat); his grandson Austin Eckstein; his brother-in-law Bruce McKerrow; and his son-in-law Scott Wetzel.
He is survived by: his close friend Patricia "Pat" Mater; his children, Jamie Wetzel (Eckstein) of Gillett, WI and Thomas Eckstein (Jessi) of Tomahawk, WI; his grandchildren, Rachel, Chad, Shane Wetzel, Walker, Alexis, Jaelynn, Ty, James and Tristan Eckstein; and his siblings, Darlene McKerrow of Pewaukee, Donna Eckstein of Dousman, Robert Eckstein of Dousman and John Eckstein of New Lisbon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
