He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Comp and Bernadette Comp; and his son Jay Wendt (Dana). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Comp of North Prairie; his sons, David Comp (Ana) and Scott Wendt (Jay); his grandchildren, Gabriela, Andres, Lucas Comp, Hadley, Forest Wendt and Josie Wendt; his brothers, William Comp (Wendy), Michael Comp (Sue), Gary Comp (Barbara) and Thomas Comp; and his daughter-in-law Dana Wendt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
