He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Shouldice and Rose Shouldice; his wife Doris Young; and his son-in-law Alvin Theus II. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Rebecca) of Kentucky, Daniel (Laura) of Hustisford, Angela Theus of Waukesha, Michael of Hustisford and Kevin Shouldice (Courtney) of Johnson Creek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
